Lucozade are the official drinks partner to England Football. However, during the Women’s Euros 2025, as they weren’t official sponsors of the tournament what they were allowed to talk about was pretty limited. So instead we turned our lens onto the fans and the unique ENERGY you find that surrounds the women’s game, compared to the mens. It’s the same game, different ENERGY.
So we decided to tell this story of energy through two narratives that are extremely prevalent in the women’s fanbase, craft and community.
To help tell these stories we enlisted the talents of Antonia Bronze, a custom leather jacket designer and The Victoria Park Vixens, a grassroots women’s football club. WE told their story in three parts, first how they got into what they currently do, secondly how important the Lionesses have been to women’s football and finally how Lucozade as a brand are a British institution, making them the perfect drink for fans up and down the country.
